PRE. is a sparkling electrolyte drink made with a neutral alcoholic base, right here in British Columbia, Canada. It sits somewhere between a zero sugar seltzer and a premium cocktail — still low calorie, but made with real fruit juice and extracts, and infused with functional electrolytes.
PRE. is made with sparkling water, a neutral alcoholic base, real fruit juice and natural extracts, and functional electrolytes (sodium and potassium). Nothing artificial, ever.
Each can of PRE. contains 4g of electrolytes, including sodium and potassium — the same minerals your body needs to stay hydrated. Marnie went through countless rounds of recipe testing to get the electrolyte level to a functional amount without compromising the taste.
That said, PRE. is still an alcoholic beverage and should be enjoyed responsibly. It’s not a sports drink or health supplement — think of the electrolytes as a thoughtful addition, not a reason to drink more. Please drink responsibly. Must be 19+ to purchase.

Most hard seltzers are made with a neutral alcohol base and artificial flavouring. PRE. also uses a neutral alcoholic base but combines it with real fruit juice and extracts, and adds functional electrolytes — putting it somewhere between a zero sugar seltzer and a premium cocktail.

Marnie started her career as a cellar hand at Coast Mountain Brewing in Whistler and now works as Head of Production at a popular Vancouver cocktail establishment — it’s here she started building PRE.
Every can of PRE. is physically blended by Marnie right here in British Columbia. We source our ingredients within Canada, and every batch is handmade with the same care that went into the very first one.
